Principals Richie Cahill and Grant McAaullife of First National Atherton welcome their new Sales & Marketing Executive Kaydee Chatfield to the team. Kaydee is a familiar face on the Tablelands, stemming from her family who have been locals for generations and her involvement in the community with sporting events and/or fundraising opportunities. She is also a current member of the Yungaburra Lioness Club.

Kaydee started her career in Real Estate at a young age which has been the essential stepping stone to commence her Career in Sales and with our guidance and experience is sure to do well in the industry. Office Manager/Sales Assistant
Karina joined our team in February 2012 after relocating from South Australia and has completed her Certificate of Registration and Cert IV in Property Service for Property Management.
Karina brings over 20yrs of administration and finance experience with her and looks after all of our office administration, accounts and reception. Having a good understanding of all aspects of the business from Property Management to Sales, Karina is often our Go To Girl.
In May 2016 Karina moved from Reception to taken on the role of Sales Assistant. Karina will continue to manage the office and financial administration as well. Karina is eager to learn more about Sales and Marketing.
Richie is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer and has held many successful auctions over the last 30 years. He is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
Richie was born in Atherton and has lived on the Tablelands all his life. With his local knowledge and wealth of experience in the industry he is able to advise on all aspects of real estate on the Tablelands.
Richie’s quiet and friendly Far North Queensland style has endeared him to many of his clients.

Zach has a strong grounding, having lived locally on the Tablelands all his life, graduating from St Stephens Catholic College in Mareeba before studying a justice/business degree at Queensland University of Technology.

Having grown up in the Atherton/Cairns areas Jenny has finally returned home to settle where she has always wanted to live.
Jenny comes to First National Atherton with a wealth of experience having worked in Property Management in the Townsville area and has her certificate in Real Estate.
Jenny has also owned her own Beauty Therapy business and understands the importance of good customer service and building strong relationships.
Jenny is down to earth and practical, easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour. Jenny is always respectful and works hard to lead all parties to fair and positive outcomes.
Principal Property Management
Grant is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer as well as a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
The business was started by his father in 1944 and Grant joined the business over 35 years ago. It is a true testament of the integrity of the McAuliffe family that they have run a successful business in a small rural community for over 60 years.
Grant was born in the Tablelands and has lived here virtually all his life. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Tablelands, its history, families, soil types, climate and micro climates. Grant has his own farms so he has firsthand knowledge in the rural sector as well he has been involved in several large development projects.
This experience, expertise and knowledge have enabled him to provide an outstanding level of service to his clients.
